We are committed to leading the way regarding mental health services and are the only DHB in NZ to have a dedicated mental health development team whose role it is to focus solely on the development and effective progression of mental health services.
Over the next 15 months, Counties is able to offer substantial professional development opportunities to all staff.
Over the next 15 months there is an ongoing opportunity for any staff to participate in any of the identified mental health service projects that will be developed and implemented. This allows people who are working at ground level to participate in influencing and enhancing the delivery of mental health services within South Auckland. By working at Counties you would be able to work as a clinician and at the same time be able to be involved in any of the projects that most interest you.
Now is the chance to be able to have some say into the way things are done in mental health.
