Education

Women's Health is committed to investing in its team and we offer a comprehensive package for all staff.

Basic education includes:

• A comprehensive orientation to the service and CMDHB
• Ongoing training for existing staff
• A rotation programme for midwives to provide an opportunity to up-skill and consolidate skills
• Resource Midwives to support new staff
• A Midwife Educator for ongoing professional development
• A graduate Midwifery programme

We offer a Clinical Competency Pathway which is a requirement for all staff to complete and supports ongoing development as a Midwife.

We also offer flexible rostering, an onsite creche, competitive remuneration and other benefits.
