A customised management training programme
comprising 8 workshops over 5 months delivered by CMDHB
specialists. The programme will run three times per calendar
year, starting in February, June and August, with 20 participants completing each cycle of
8
workshops, each 1 full day.
Pre-requisites for this programme are;
Incident Reporting, Risky Business, Leave Management and OneStaff Training.
