Primary Health Care Education

We are pleased to offer to CMDHB staff and our primary partners a new programme designed to help build leadership within our workforce which better reflects our diverse community.  This programme is open to Maaori, Pacific and Asian staff and is intended for people who are not currently in a management or leadership role but who have the potential to influence and/or aspire to make a difference to the Counties Manukau health community.

What are the key objectives of the programme?

•     To build the leadership capacity and capability of CMDHB’s Maaori, Pacific and Asian staff

•     To have leadership that reflects the CMDHB workforce and community

•     To influence and change the current health status of Maaori, Pacific and Asian communities

 
Applications are now being accepted.  Closing date is 1 December for 2011
