  • Auckland Regional Public Health Service. The main public health provider for CMDHB. 
    For communicable disease or food safety issues contact ARPHS on (09) 630 7431.

  • Public Health Intelligence
    This group within the Ministry of Health monitors the health of the New Zealand population, analysing health outcomes, risks, and determinants of health.  It measures how healthy the New Zealand population is over time and looks at inequalities in health across regional boundaries and between various population groups.  PHIOnline provides interactive mapping and data provision.

  • Lets Beat Diabetes has its own website dedicated to the “whole society, whole life course, whole family/whanau" approach to preventing and managing diabetes.

    CMDHB and Let's Beat Diabetes are implementing the government's Health Eating Health Action Plan (HEHA) in our region http://www.moh.govt.nz/healthyeatinghealthyaction
     

  • CMDHB is an action leader in Tomorrow’s Manukau, a 10 year vision of where we want Manukau to head.  CMDHB has been involved with Tomorrow’s Manukau since its inception.
     

  • Each Council has a Long-term Council Community Plan (LTCCP). 
    These provide important signals on the public health environment being created locally.
